ABOUT LAST OTAKU

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, my love for collecting anime trading cards began when I was youngin. My fondest memories date back to my uncle taking me to my first trade show, where I bought my first pokemon card. I was only ten years old, and my obsession grew from there.

When I was 18, I joined the military and traveled worldwide. One of my favorite duty stations was Okinawa, Japan, where I met my wife. I was further exposed to the anime culture and enjoyed every minute.

Fast forward 18 years, and I enjoy sharing my passion for anime trading cards with my sons. I created Last Otaku in September 2022, selling live auctions on Whatnot.
